As the CEO of Cure Cancer Australia, Nikki leads a dynamic and passionate team that is dedicated to funding and supporting early-career researchers working on all aspects of cancer research. With over 20 years of executive experience in launching, leading, and growing companies in the FinTech and Not-for-Profit sectors across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East, Nikki brings a global perspective and strong strategic vision to the organisation.

Since joining Cure Cancer in 2018, Nikki has pioneered the use of new technologies to enhance our fundraising capabilities and reach new audiences.

Under her leadership, Cure Cancer has also achieved a $6mn increase in revenue over 5 years, a 158% increase in new donors, a 291% increase in conversion, and a 441% increase in the number of repeat donors.

 Prior to her role at Cure Cancer, Nikki was based in Singapore where she was CEO of Asia’s largest online fundraising platform Simply Giving. The platform works with over 2,000 charities in 20 countries; her leadership culminated in the organisation winning the Success in ASAEN award in 2017 Singapore Business Awards. Prior to this, Nikki was Managing Director APAC for JustGIving, the world’s largest fundraising platform.

 Nikki has also held senior leadership positions in Australia, Hong Kong, Europe, Middle East and Africa in technology-led global companies and is passionate about combining the power of social media and technology to build Tech4Good solutions.

 Nikki holds a Master of Science in International Business Economics, a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Politics and International Economics and a Diploma in Financial Planning.

 Nikki was awarded the Governor-General of Australia's Medallion for Cure Cancer's impact on the Australian community in December 2020. She was the winner of the 'Success in ASEAN' Singapore Business Award in 2017 and nominee for 2023 and 2019 CEO of the Year Award, Third Sector Australia.
